Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Project Manager to lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work
- Must be able to read detailed drawing, understand construction plan and knowledge of fabrication methods
- Responsible for site progress, according to schedule set
- Monitor project development schedule
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Review appointment of subcontractors, suppliers & vendors recommended by Contract Department
- Review & endorse subcontract documents, progress & variation works claims to customers
- Good communication skills and well verse in site correspondence
- Ensure all safe work procedures and environment control measures are implemented and followed by all relevant parties of the project
- Ensure schedules are met and project can be completed in a timely manner
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

**Requirements**:

- At least 2- 3 years of relevant experience in this position is preferred
- Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with bilingual speaking clients
- Possessed a Class 3 licence will be an advantage
- Computer Literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
