Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing, and engagement.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Performance & Rewards Consultant (12 Months Contract).**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for analysis of compensation and benefit plans, programs and timelines including but not limited to base pay, long/short-term incentive bonus plans, retirement plans, equity vehicles, health and welfare benefits, severance and other termination pay and benefits, leave etc.
- Review and analyse existing job grade structure, conduct job evaluation, job mapping for different job families& propose alignment for each job grade
- Execute & support the Annual Performance & Pay Review Process activities at local level which would typically involve supporting the Variable Pay allocation, providing support materials for business engagement, supporting performance calibration, and providing quality assurance of pay review outcomes as well as conducting audits and review the ensure stakeholders are operating within the requirement of the P&R governance framework.
- Examine reward policies and procedures to achieve internal equity, consistency, transparency, and cost effectiveness in retaining and motivating employees
- Lead on market benchmarking activities across the client population and provide expertise to review and interpret the results and to summarize key market trends for stakeholders in Performance & Rewards, HR and the business
- Support Head of Performance & Rewards to manage and support the Board and sub-committees of all subsidiaries on remuneration matters and to prepare and coordinate regulatory responses on remuneration matters for disclosure and submission
- Ensure operational efficiency of the performance and reward team with a focus on streamlining
- Maintain P&R knowledge by keeping abreast of published materials, competitor practice, external market developments and trends and legislative and regulatory developments in Singapore

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources or related discipline with working experience in Insurance industry
- Advanced knowledge in Compensation and Benefits with a strong numerate background
- Well versed in data analysis using advance MS Excel skills and /or any other data analytics tools experience preferred
- High degree of drive and learning agility and able to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously
- Independent, collaborative, forward looking disposition; constructive for a high performing team
- Strong communication and presentations skills with proven ability to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders
