Join us as a **Crewing Manager **in **Ben Line Integrated Logistics Singapore **.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance to the customer on local regulations for the movement of crew in & out of Singapore.
- Coordinating & sequencing crew changes in conjunction with the customer’s requirements.
- Understanding, explaining & following ICA regulations.
- Arranging meet and greet at the airport.
- Coordinating with third party vendors such as land transporters, launch boats for movement of crew.
- Booking accommodation, as required.
- Arranging visas, work permits as required.
- Arranging gate or entry passes to the port, yards, terminals.
- Arranging OK to Board and/or medical tests required to enter or depart Singapore.
- Maintaining clear records of crew movements for vessels arriving and departing Singapore.
- Updating Superintendents, Masters, and Fleet Directors on the status of crew movements.
- Managing and maintaining records of suitable vendors, inclusive but not limited to hotels, dentists, doctors, launch boats, land transport.
- Ensuring compliance to GDPR and PDPA of crew records.
- Updating and maintaining PCMS / Daily Activity report
- Reporting any deficiencies in a timely manner.
- Providing solutions to problems that may appear due to operational movements of the vessel in port.
- Assisting in Medivacs when necessary.
- Supporting any other work deemed required by the management.

**Job Specifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational management skills.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, and Microsoft Software.
- A supportive personality along with positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to work independently without much supervision.
- Meticulous, proactive, and willingness to learn.
- Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment.
- Passion to work in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Company.
