**On a daily basis, you will lead the following areas**:
- **Regional Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to the APAC region to support overall business objectives and sales targets.
- ** Campaign** Management**: Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.
- ** Lead** Generation**: Drive lead generation activities through targeted marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team.
- ** Market** Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends within the APAC region.
- ** Partner** Marketing**: Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that drive mutual growth and success.
- ** Budget** Management**: Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- ** Performance** Analysis**: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- ** Cross-functional** Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and messaging.
- ** Brand** Management**: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence in the APAC region through consistent and impactful marketing efforts.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
**The skills you will demonstrate**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing or a similar role, preferably within the APAC region.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., MarketingCloud, Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
