**What the role is**
- You will plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities to support the redevelopment of the Defu Industrial Estate. You will manage customer leases and provide support to our customers' operations within these facilities and in their relocation. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers and building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs. You will also be involved in a wide range of activities including: formulating marketing strategies, product conceptualisation, product launches & promotions, budgeting and reviewing policies. Your work encompasses overseeing and handling issues related to estate and property maintenance.

**What you will be working on**
- You will carry out the full spectrum of operational work as follows:

- a) Tenancy/lease management of Defu Industrial Estate tenants/leases - Arrears management of non-performing tenants as well as facilitating growth enterprises - Facilitate the relocation of tenants to Defu Industrial City or existing facilities of JTC and ensure a smooth takeover by tenants - Work with agencies i.e. SCDF, BCA and PUB to regularise issues such as unauthorised subletting, illegal structures b) Marketing of Defu Industrial City to MNCs and SMEs and explore place-making opportunities c) Re-imagination of future Defu Industrial Estate with JTC urban planners and HDB beyond Year 2035 d) Identify sectoral infrastructure needs of SMEs players within the LPG sector [a predominant sector within Defu Industrial Estate] to support their growth. In addition, you will be involved in policy development work as follows: Provide inputs to support the design of appropriate land and space policies administered by JTC; and - Communicate and explain JTC policies to WOG partners, industry associations and Singapore companies to facilitate their buy-in.

**What we are looking for**
- Background in Real Estate, Business or Economics or relevant disciplines, with minimum 3 yrs experience in the development, marketing and lease management of real estate. - Strong and effective communication skills, including writing skills - Highly motivated and driven, ability to multi-task and proven record in delivering desired outcomes - Excellent interpersonal skills and able to engage and manage multiple stakeholders towards a common goal
