**Our Team**:
The AMEA and China Rewards & Performance team at CHC is composed with 2 Rewards and Performance professionals, including this role, reporting to the AMEA and China Rewards and Performance Head, within the CHC Global Rewards & Performance Team.

**Main responsibilities**:
This position will play a key role in driving the CHC Reward strategy across the China and Pacific Asia region - within the framework of the corporate and regional CHC Rewards and Performance strategy - the role will require the ability to ensure seamless delivery of support to CHC business leaders and HRBPs across the China and Asia Pacific zone.

**Major areas of responsibility include**:

- Define country/zone R&P policies under the framework of CHC global/regional compensation strategy and policies. Develop new and creative local compensation programs to meet needs of business as appropriate.
- Defines effective governance with GBS, Finance and P&C Partners for all compensation & benefits activities in the CHINA AND PACIFIC ASIA countries under the framework of the Global CHC R&P governance and ensure the proper escalation of complex topics for the region, according to the defined process.
- Monitor CHC China and Pacific Asia pay competitiveness and ensure that effective market pricing structure is in place in each country of the zone by identifying relevant compensation & benefits market data sources and conducting in-depth benchmarking analysis.
- Manages annual survey submission process for the region. Includes survey completion, submission and obtaining results.
- Provides Compensation & Benefits data analytics management. This involves the ability to source, interpret, organize and present data from a variety of sources. The role requires the ability to create and manage information databases, dashboards, etc.
- Partner with HRBP and Finance teams to provide relevant data/personal cost as per grading/local market competitiveness in order to ensure proper financial forecast/cost planning (align with budget cycle exercise).
- Performs evaluation of jobs in the region using internal global grading framework and methodology.
- Reviews and validates non-standard offers in the zone as per CHC Governance framework
- Leads annual compensation planning process for the region in close collaboration with P&C and Global Business Services. Ensure communication to the zone Leaders, P&C, managers and employees for each of the
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the Sanofi Benefits and International Mobility R&P services offered to CHC in CHINA AND PACIFIC ASIA.

**About you**

**Experience**:

- Ideally, someone with relevant experience in Reward and Performance roles or in similar professional environments with FMCG experience a plus
- Experience in pharma, life sciences or consumer goods industry is a plus
