Internal Job Title: Lead Compensation Consultant
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Total Rewards Consultant, Asia Pacific who is motivated by providing a great employee experience in a high growth mission driven company. This individual will partner with the business and HR functions in our APLA geography and have a chance to create a significant impact across the business, building on our established foundation and delivering outstanding total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits and mobility offerings. This role requires in-depth knowledge and experience consulting on Total Rewards and solving complex problems while taking a new perspective using existing solutions.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will work with our Total Rewards Teams and provide comprehensive advising and analytical support for the corporate and/or business unit total rewards programs. You will provide comprehensive support to the APLA HR teams on offers, pay recommendations, job codes, levels and other Total Rewards related programs processes or questions.
You will serve as a trusted professional for compensation and benefits-related programs, processes or questions. The Total Rewards Consultant also functions as the go-to market arm to effectively plan and lead transition management/communications efforts of programs and projects with partners across HR and the business.
In addition, this role will provide insights on Total Rewards programs to advise and champion program design that reflects Nike’s values, employee insights and market realities. This role also ensures country specific compensation practices are identified and followed.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics or an equivalent field
- Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience directly consulting on Total Rewards related work.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent project management and communication skills
- Advanced level knowledge of trends and developments in Total Rewards, including relevant legal issues
- Ability to work autonomously with little daily guidance
- Ability to explain difficult issues and work to build consensus
- Capable of making decisions within guidelines and policies
