Description:
We are seeking a visionary Regional Director to lead our Asian operations. As the head of our regional team, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding our presence, and developing strategic partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and grow our regional headquarters in Singapore, working closely with government agencies and local partners.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy, aligning with our global goals and objectives.
  • Broaden our market reach and expand our customer base through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  • Liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, leveraging your proficiency in both languages to facilitate effective communication.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the energy, chemicals, or environmental protection sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, expansion, and development in Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Strong understanding of regional politics, economies, and cultures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
