As a Senior Manager Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will be actively discovering & pursuing revenue generation and revenue maximization for our portfolio. You will champion and manage revenue levers in a timely manner. You will establish scalable or streamline initiatives, processes or tools to achieve results.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Achieving or exceeding goals including performance goals, budget goals, and team goals
- Support monthly revenue forecasting and communicate and implement revenue opportunities
- Managing, enhancing or developing, and implementing goal settings & incentive schemes for sales organization
- Monitoring, analyzing and translating information and trends into actionable insights to collectively drive revenue
- Updating market knowledge and aligning strategies and approaches accordingly
- Developing and executing plan and strategies for new property launches
- Analyzing and reviewing room pricing on a regular basis based on market trends
- Managing, assessing, or implementing relevant software, systems, channels, and processes
- Making accountable decisions and solving problems
- Working in strong collaboration with all other business functions to consistently deliver great end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey

**The skills, attitude and experience we require are**:

- A minimum of 6 years’ of work experience in revenue strategy, sales operations, or finance
- A blend of strategic and hands-on skills to independently manage the execution of work
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills is preferred
- Ability to learn new systems and tools, and influence others to adopt new ways of working
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work both as a team player and independently while prioritizing multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal interpersonal skills
