**Job Summary**
The Operations Technical Specialist supports the design, implementation, and
customer requests and analyzes data to ensure the information is accurate and meets customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partners Operations to identify system gaps and what can be done to improve productivity
- Assist Ops Tech Supervisor on Operations improvement projects from ideation to deployment
- Conducts process flow studies, research on R&D initiatives as well as run cost analysis/calculations

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Demonstrate understanding of operational barriers and failures, and identifies/improves designs, methods, processes, and flows through collaboration
- Demonstrate ability to work with stakeholders across all levels
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, able to work independently with mínimal supervision, able to follow-through and willing to do field work
- Proficiency in Excel functionalities (Pivot tables, Vlookups, formulas, PowerBI, SharePoint) is required
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, including weekends and travel where required - Role may involve attending night calls, working Operational hours during system deployment/UAT phases
