Industrial Operations Specialist
We are seeking an Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and be able to design, implement, and manage integrated production systems that meet performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in the standard industrial engineering process and apply it to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Develop time standards for process steps and maintain accurate records in the Product-Process-Time database.
- Analyze industrial engineering metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate layout and facility moves to ensure optimal production flow.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance of IEDB data with standardized processes.
- Evaluate SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations for adherence to standardized system settings.
- Schedule and gather data for quotes to support business development.
- Train and mentor engineers within the industrial operations team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Support all lower-level industrial operations tasks and responsibilities.
- Ensure standardization of Jabil processes throughout the site aligns with global, regional, and site direction.
- Promote Lean organization by developing a solid process foundation and maintaining data integrity to support process improvements.
- Comply with company security policy procedures to protect assets and information.
