Job Title: Industrial Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely updates on product portfolios.
  • Engage in global collaboration to align regional initiatives with strategic objectives and business plans.
  • Provide technical knowledge and support to sales teams and customers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and challenges.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete items.
  • Assist in executing business strategies and sales plans developed by the management team, driving revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Attend site visits and support on-site activities as required, demonstrating flexibility with working hours during critical project phases.
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or projects assigned by your direct supervisor in response to evolving business priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in product application, technical sales support, or inventory coordination—preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of gasket and sealing products, including specifications, applications, and troubleshooting; ability to read and interpret technical drawings is preferred.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Proficient in inventory data management, demand forecasting, and business planning with high attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work on-site when needed and adjust work hours during peak project periods.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems such as SAP B1 is a plus.
