Job Title: Industrial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves operating production machines, following chemical batch processes, performing quality testing, and maintaining production safety and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate chemical production equipment in accordance with batch and safety instructions.
- Select, load, and process raw materials.
- Perform in-process quality checks and report any deviations.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Pack final products and assist in shipping preparation.
- Train junior operators and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Adhere to GMP, OSHA, and internal safety guidelines.
- Complete ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in industrial operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
