Industrial Operations Manager

The role of an Industrial Operations Specialist involves overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of plant equipment to ensure optimal performance. This position requires a skilled professional who can evaluate production activities, inspect plant equipment, and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate production activities and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain plant equipment and reduce maintenance costs.
- Audit and inspect maintenance programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and support workshop administration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to fabricate/modify tools and inspect quality of repairs and new equipment.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years' experience in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery.
- Expertise in diagnostics, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with multiple equipment types is a plus.
