Industrial Operations Manager

As a seasoned industrial engineer, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading lean transformation initiatives at our Singapore manufacturing site. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving productivity, reducing costs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement Kaizen roadmaps to optimize value streams, eliminate waste, and enhance flow across manufacturing processes.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve labor hour reduction and cycle time efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement programs focused on process optimization and operational excellence.
- Participate in Kaizen events as both team member and leader to drive cultural change.
To succeed in this role, you will require a deep understanding of assembly and production methods, as well as analytical skills and scientific problem-solving techniques. A Master Black Belt certification (ASQ or equivalent) is highly desirable, along with experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing, Process, Industrial Engineering, or Production Management.
- Proven track record in project management and implementation.
