We are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Specialist to drive the implementation of manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop site-specific implementation plans for manufacturing processes
  • Define engineering requirements and business cases to ensure seamless transition to operations
  • Collaborate with local teams for equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning
  • Lead process parameter setup, line integration, and validation efforts
  • Conduct initial qualification and gap analysis, making adjustments as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in industrialization and process engineering, preferably in regulated sectors like medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, ISO 13485, and Process Validation methodologies (IQ, OQ & PQ)
  • Experience in over molding processes and equipment design is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team player mindset
