**Associate Director, Broking Support (Treaty)**

**What the day will look like**
- Prepare and organise Treaty data & underwriting information for the production of contractual documents - including but not limited to information packs, treaty statistics/results, slips, endorsements, addendum, presentations;
- Assist to counter-check drafts prepared by other team members.
- Technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of semi-complex Treaty (renewal or new) business by the broking team. This includes the usage of e-placement platform for information dissemination and quotation/placement.
- Maintenance of placement correspondence/ documents via e-filing
- To ensure accurate and timely data input as well as ensuring compliance with relevant Company and Market Rules and Procedures.
- Follow-up and organise signing of contractual documents at conclusion of placement, leading to the production of the cover-note for Reinsured.
- Preparation of summary term sheets, Treaty programme structure charts and the analysis of market support for Treaty programmes, and other incidental duties related to the negotiation and placement of Treaty reinsurance contracts
- Support brokers in their communications with clients and reinsurers
- Ensure the optimum use of Aon’s business systems in line with current Aon business practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues throughout the Asia Pacific and Global network to achieve objectives
- Maintain, improve and share technical expertise in specialist/ technical areas with team members
- Actively seek opportunities to improve current internal business processes/services.
- Support and actively promote change initiatives/efforts.
- Provide best in class service that exceeds our client’s expectations.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- 5+ years of experience with Treaty Reinsurance business, preferably in Property, Marine, Casualty, Life and Agriculture lines of business.
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with WordSensa will be an added advantage.
- Confident communication skills (verbal/written), preferably with contract wording experience.
- Curious, keen learner, enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment
- Attention to detail, able to organise and analyse large volume of data
- Able to work independently within established guidelines
