Singapore GITI TIRE GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD. Full time

AP function for Trading entity:

- Processing of AP bills, including verification, coding, data entry and filing;
- Performs inter-company reconciliations on a monthly basis;
- Liaises with all other departments to complete AP process, e.g. payment verifications, etc.
- Performs full AP monthly closing process, includes accrual computations, AP Aging review, etc.
- Prepares specific monthly expense audit schedules & analysis, such as inter-company service fee report;
- Assists and liaise with external auditors to complete required interim and final audit;
- Reviews Staff Claims and amends related accounts codes to allow analytical studies of claims;
- Assists to disseminate required AP documents for tax, FA, prepayment and accrual functions;
- Assists in other ad-hoc AP related matter from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience
- Active team player & willing to learn
- Experience in Oracle will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Meticulous and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision in fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Able to meet tight deadline for monthly closing
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
