**About Us**:The Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) is a charity committed to supporting the underprivileged in our community through a myriad of services, including but not limited to offering shelter to orphans and youths at risk, facilitating subsidised medical treatments, and administering financial aid through various programs.
Guided by our principle of "Towards a sincere pursuit of Ihsan", we aim to continuously create positive impacts within the communities we serve.
**1. Corporate Partnership Development**
- Identify and research potential corporate partners aligned with MTFA's mission.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to engage corporate donors.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners.
**2. Fundraising Strategy and Execution**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy.
- Set annual fundraising goals and track progress towards achieving them.
- Collaborate with the Fundraising lead to align corporate outreach with overall fundraising efforts.
- Prepare sponsorship packages, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and reports to corporate partners.
**3. Event Planning and Coordination**
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events, including sponsorship acquisition and event logistics.
- Represent MTFA at corporate events, conferences, and networking functions.
**4. Stewardship and Reporting**
- Manage donor recognition and stewardship programmes to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Prepare impact reports and updates for corporate donors to demonstrate the value of their contributions.
**5. Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop outreach materials.
- Collaborate with programme staff to align fundraising efforts with programme needs and priorities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of securing corporate donations and partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Experience in the non-profit sector.
- Knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) trends and practices.
- Established network of corporate contacts
