KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the ecommerce site and marketplace platforms under the company with the ecommerce team and reports to the Head of Ecommerce
- Drive overall online sales via listing of products, design of communication messages & planning for online activities for selected items for online sales.
- Integrate social platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with e-shop/e-commerce to generate awareness & exposure for online listed products & activation.
- Generate analytics to report online sales & performance on a weekly basis based on predetermined metrics.
- Work closely with merchandising team to select products & finalize activation for ecommerce sites and marketplace platforms.
- Oversee e-commerce operational process from product listing and content uploading.
- Work closely with the Inventory & Operations team for order fulfilment
- Work closely with the Creative and Branding teams to ensure all ecommerce and marketplace platform visuals/copy are in line with brand guidelines
- Provide support for other ecommerce operations, and projects when required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2-3 years of working experience in ecommerce field
- Experience in a fashion/beauty company is a plus
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Passionate about consumer trends and eCommerce
- Meticulous with a high standard of service
- Able to multi-task and initiative driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and effectively with minimum supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
