**To be effective in the role**
- Be part of the Client Services Team to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and to resolve any enquiries that clients may have
- Proactively touch base with our clients to ensure they complete the client onboarding process
- Reach out to clients to ensure customer experience is positive, promote new features and service and ongoing promotion.
- Attend to clients’ enquiries on our product offerings, account opening / management matters and general enquiries
- Reach out to our internal base of clients for their account matters
- Perform simple trade executions and liquidations for margin calls
- Process account opening review and follow up, make sure the account opened accurately and timely.
- Dealing in Securities, placing trade for clients.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the equities or investment industry
- Familiar with financial products like equities, funds and services
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Accreditation in CMFAS 1a, 6 and 6a.
- Expected to work closely with overseas office in China and Hong Kong hence proficiency in mandarin will be an added plus
- Fresh graduates with keen interest in financial markets, and driven character will also be considered
