Client Service Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our partner brands by performing various tasks. This is a rewarding career opportunity that allows you to unleash your full potential and achieve more.

You will work with the world's most loved brands and be part of an awesome, diverse team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting new and existing clients via telephone, chat, and email on a daily basis to identify sales opportunities and provide the best solution for their business goal.

Main Responsibilities
  • Improve client experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption, managing a portfolio of SMB clients, and growing revenue.
  • Provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products within scope and area of knowledge.
  • Become an expert on client advertising solutions, identify trends, and solve problems.
  • Provide vital product insights, feedback, and revenue trends to clients.
  • Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business using our products.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Business development, sales account management, or consultative selling experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
  • Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese to support customer service in Japan.
