**Description**

**Job Scope**
- Designing and installing computer hardware configurations for our on-premise software.
- Installing software and networking systems.
- Troubleshooting network and software issues.
- Installing high-level software security systems.
- Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Responding to general IT requests.
- Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
- Filing monthly reports to management
- Troubleshoot network, hardware and software related issues for internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in computer science, computer engineering or a similar field.
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems, cyber security.
- Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages, and Office software.
- Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
- Ability to project manage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
- Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is also welcomed as we have a mandarin speaking customer base.

**Preferred Requirements**
- Diploma programs include: Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Technology
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of accounting, accounting software or experience in support of ERP Systems
- Passionate about cloud, devops and hybrid cloud solution architecture
- Understanding of database development and consumption utilizing document and relational databases
- Independent and able to work in a fast paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
