**Lobby**
- To prevent undesirables and person with mental illness from entering the residence lobby.
- To engage professionally with any guests entering the lobby and to encourage them to register at the reception desk.
- To prevent any combustible or flammable items from being brought into the property. If any combustible or flammable items are to be brought into the property, the Security Officer shall report to the Security Supervisor on duty and to assist to relocate the items in safe and secured place.
- To direct and evacuate associates and guests immediately to the Assembly Area in the event of an emergency in the property.
- Ensures sufficient storage of guest luggage and deliveries in the appropriate storage areas.
- Ensures daily guest request is being met and follows-up on any requests and feedbacks.
- Promptly deliver and retrieve guest luggage, deliveries and messages.
- Any other duties as directed.

**Patrol**
- To carry out safety and security related patrols according to the patrol route.
- To handle any suspicious behavior and reporting it immediately to the Security Supervisor.
- To examine carefully the operation of fire safety facilities and equipment in all areas of the property and to report to the Security Supervisor on duty in case of any malfunction.
- To know well the location of all exits and to be skillful in operating various kinds of fire safety equipment.
- When performing patrol duties in the hotel / residence, to get the guest’s attention politely in case of noticing any apartment door that is ajar. If there is luggage in the apartment but there is no guest present, report it to the floor’s Room Attendant and the Security Supervisor on duty in order to ensure the safety of the guest in the property.
- To rush to the scene to assist in case of any emergency, to keep the scene intact and prevent tampering of evidence.
