Laboratory Technician, Cad/cam, Artc

l Perform material testing, sample preparation, dimensional measurements, surface quality inspection, microstructure & defects analysis.
l Tracking and managing lab resource utilization, procurement, and delivery.
l Storage space management and optimization.
l Ensure high operational readiness by troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and liaising for repairs.
l Planning equipment maintenance and facilitating mechanical and electrical installations for new equipment.
l Assist in scheduling equipment utilization and procurement for project consumables.
l Assist in lab equipment operation, collection of process data and analysis of results.
l Secondary roles related to health, safety, environment, and procurement to manage the Risk Assessment (RA), Standard Working Procedures (SWP), Permit to Work (PTW), and chemical purchasing and storage.
l Identify and recommend improvement measurements to ensuring high quality in lab safety and 5S standards.
**Detailed Job requirements**:
Polytechnic/ Technical Diploma in Engineering
1-2 years of experience working in a lab is preferred.
Experience with engineering CAD/CAM software such as NX UniGraphics, SolidWorks, AutoCAD will be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS office.
Ability to learn and adapt new technologies to stay relevant.
