Customer consulting & Business development : Learn the ropes of technical sales in providing expert advice to potential and existing customers, developing tailored CAD/CAM solutions to meet their needs. Product presentations : Support in organizing and attending product presentations delivered by our application engineers, showcasing the capabilities of our CAD/CAM products in real-world applications. Representation of OPEN MIND at trade fairs and events : Establishing new contacts, maintaining existing relationships and increasing the visibility and success of our company through an active presence at trade fairs and events. Long-term customer loyalty : Assist in maintaining and strengthening long-term customer relationships, contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction Sales cycle management : Learn and support the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals by mastering CRM-Management and Sales Administration, preparing quotes and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical and Sales Team to ensure the best solutions are proposed to customers. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow in a technical sales environment. Technical Knowledge : A basic understanding of CAD/CAM, technical processes, and manufacturing technologies is preferred, with a strong desire to build technical sales expertise. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way. Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on long-term relationship building. Goal-oriented and proactive, with a hunter mentality to drive growth. Independent and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with the team. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with technology to accurately update and manage CRM data Location : Singapore Driving : Singapore driving license and flexibility for South East Asia travel.
