Serve as a main point of contact for all HR generalist queries to employee within Asia region
- Initiate and implement HR initiatives, projects, annual activities,Employee Experience and engagement programs
- Update and maintain the HRIS system to keep HR records accurate.
- Promote and launch HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Continual improvement of a seamless employee experience
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of monthly payroll and statutory returns. investigates and resolves employee grievances and disciplinary issues. Work closely with line managers and senior management to provide advice on labor legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth resolution of HR matters.
- Review and create SOP and workflow to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Review, developing and maintaining HR policies, process, and procedures and company handbook within Asia
- Conduct market analyst and salary review to ensure the company compensation structure and package remain competitive in the market
- Any other HR or administrative work assigned by the management.
**Requirement**:
- Preferred min 6 years of full spectrum of HR experience with payroll experience (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Capabilities and HR Operations)
- Possess Integrity and handling Confidential information
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Hardworking and capable of working independently
- Proficient with MS Office and PowerPoint)
- Team player with positive attitude
- Good in people management skills, hands-on, and Can-Do attitudes
