- Test survey validations and rules in the electronic survey platform

Survey Fieldwork
- Conduct follow up calls to prompt/remind respondents, ensuring comprehensive survey participation and/or for data verification purposes
- Data entry of survey returns into the survey system (when necessary)
- Maintain a detailed call log to monitor and track the contact rate
- Conduct random checks on survey returns to verify data accuracy and maintain data integrity

Requirement:

- At least one (1) year of experience in market research, customer service, sales, or survey interviewing
- Tech savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English (spoken & written) and have the confidence to conduct surveys in English over telephone interviews.
