**Job Scope**
- Achieve revenue targets and profitability for the group
- Ensure proper documentation and Tenancy/Contractual agreements
- Negotiate for new leasing agreements and renewals
- Assist in the monthly rental collection and arrears management
- Handle all leasing matters including enquiries from prospective tenants and property agents
- Coordinate viewing schedules and liaising with agents and potential tenants
- Propose appropriate food mixes for current and new tenants
- Work closely with internal stakeholder to facilitate tenants’ experience
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and new tenants
- Educate and liaise with tenants on company’s directives and policy
- Source for new concepts and potential sites for business expansion
- Implement new ideas for improvement
- Oversee and manage contractors, vendors and suppliers and ensure works are carried in accordance with contract specifications
- Tenant Management and fitting out/renovation related matters
- Cost control for the improvement and development of all properties
- Conduct budget projection & reviews and report cost plans to the management
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management

**Job Requirements**
- At least O Level
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in foodcourt operations or related industry with proven track records
- A good team player
- Resourceful, strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Ability to work well under extreme pressures and tight deadlines
- Well versed in the statutory regulations and ensure legal compliance at all times
- Good knowledge of M&E and building maintenance services
