As a technical service engineer, proficiency in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Compressors, Turbines, and Pumps is essential for effectively addressing our client's diverse technical inquiries and providing unparalleled support to both internal and external stakeholders.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Acts as a global technical focal point for both internal and external customers
- Conducts and oversees independent investigations, projects, and related activities
- Leads root cause failure analysis projects when assigned
- Provides support to field service and service centers for major projects and overhauls
- Manages product and service warranty, including investigations, analysis, and corrections
- Conducts on-site visits to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions
- Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve field problems effectively and efficiently
- Liaises with other engineering departments on product specifications, manufacturing, and performance
- Contributes to the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones from a service perspective
- Assists in technical aspects of sales and project execution activities as needed
- Generates technical service bulletins and letters
- Contributes to the development and enhancement of the technical service team's capabilities
- Delivers technical training sessions as directed

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, process, or similar discipline).
- Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to develop sound technical solutions to complex problems
- Proficient in communication and presentation to gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
- Mechanical aptitude for rotating machinery and associated processes
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, drawings, and operational manuals
- Basic understanding of control theory and electrical components
- Willingness to travel up to 25%-50% based on assigned responsibilities
