**Requirements**:

- Local Diploma in any field (or relevant qualification in customer service or related area).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft and
- Basic knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus.

Pay: $1,850.00 - $2,500.00 per month
