Here’s what you’ll expect to be doing:
- **G **et to know (and taste, duh) our award-winning core as well as seasonal beers and matchmake the right accounts with the respective range to optimise sales.
- **R **elationship building with your portfolio of customers and negotiating deals
for win-win-win outcomes.
- **E **ngaging new accounts to put our beers in more peoples’ hands.
- **A **mbassador to our brand and increasing awareness.
- **T **alking with industry members and consumers to understand what’s happening
now, what’s happening soon, and what’s the it-beer.
Your focus area will be:
- Off-Premise
Retail, online, delivery platforms, supermarkets.
You will be our online and take-home expert—where improving visibility, promotional calendar planning and planogram (retail) of our products are top-of-mind priority. You will form solid relationships with our off-premise partners to strengthen and widen the presence of our products in the online and retail space.
- Prior experience will be advantageous
As our Sales Specialist, you will be empowered to make the decisions you feel are right for your designated segment and taking ownership is a must.
