As a leading life insurance company, our Bancassurance team is committed to driving strategic growth and innovation. We seek a dedicated and proactive intern to join our Strategic Development function.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance management, strategic initiatives, and management deck preparation.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- **Project Support**: Contribute to research, data analysis, and project coordination to assist in critical projects within the strategic development function.
- **Data Analysis**: Conduct data analysis tasks to support ongoing projects and decision-making processes, utilizing tools like Power BI.
- **Strategy Deck Preparation**: Aid in preparing and formulating strategy/management decks.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members on strategic initiatives, providing support and presenting innovative ideas.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program, preferably in business, finance, data science, marketing, or a related field.
- **Availability**:Available from Jan to June 2025
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with essential data analysis tools.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data management software.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Proactive Attitude**: Ability to take initiative, manage tasks independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
