**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the crew allocation of ships in different sectors;
- Responsible for maintaining daily contact with the shipowner and the ship leaders in charge of the section, and requesting payment of crew expenses from the shipowner on a monthly basis;
- To take charge of formalities handling for crew sign-on/sign-off, check the completeness and effectiveness of crew certificates and examine the travelling expenses and reimbursement sheet;
- Keep close contact with the crew and their families, trace their rejoining schedule for sign-off crew, and try to improve the crew’s retention rate;
- Timely handling the complaints and suggestions from the shipowners or crew members;
- Responsible for recruiting relevant major students from the marine Colleges and arrange the students to work on board later.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the superiors.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who speak only Mandarin.
- Experience in crew dispatch service.
- Have relevant knowledge of crew management and be familiar with international conventions and current national regulations on crew dispatch.
- Excellent written communication and good interpersonal skills, capable of interacting and collaborating with personnel at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
