**About the Team**:
The aim of the Monetization Integrity team is to create a safe advertising space for both clients and users. We work closely and strategically with cross-functional partners and advertisers, striving to implement policies that mitigate and eliminate risks. As we continue to expand, your involvement will impact the direction and growth of our products and company. You are an expert in Brand Safety, audience targeting, and setting regulatory and ethical boundaries for products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft policies for emerging and existing monetized products for cross-functional partners and advertisers.
- Implement executable operational workflows and relevant materials, including the revision of current materials as the product develop and scale.
- Lead communications between Global Public Policy, Product, Operations, Legal, and Public Relations teams.
- Assess and resolve client or business partner escalations, serving as a global point of contact.
- Identify gaps and challenges, iterating policies to optimize product growth without compromising risks.
- Ability to reconcile differing viewpoints and create a compelling story about the problem you’re solving.
- Ability to embrace ambiguity.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Law, Sociology, Political Science, Public Policy, Mass or Media Communications, Journalism, or other relevant fields.
- 2+ years of work experience with background in Ads policy, policy enforcement, risk control, specifically regarding media/content monetization or equivalent professional experience
- Comfortable with viewing graphic content as a part of your day-to-day work
- Prior experience in working across different timezones
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- High energy with excellent communication skills. Good sense of responsibility, curious to learn, and loves TikTok.

**Good to have**:

- Master's or above in the relevant fields
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape
- Experience in working with Product, R&D, data science, analysis, and other related fields
