Monetization Integrity (MI) Team The Monetization Integrity Operations team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. The team also provides efficient and high quality reviews to unlock good revenue and focus on brand safety and user/Advertisers experience.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
1.Provide coaching and mentorship to guide career development. Lead team capacity, forecasting, and resource allocation while accurately evaluating performance of team members and providing direct and actionable feedback

2.Oversee day-to-day operation

3.Monitor team performance, report on metrics and provide insights 4.Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

5.Managing relationships with key stakeholders.

6.Enforcing company policies and procedures.

7.Provide inspired leadership for the organization.

8.Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. 9.Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

**Qualifications**
- Applicants who do not require company sponsorship or a visa to work in Singapore will be prioritized
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years' working experience on operation management role in a major tech or media company, ads or content review experience is a plus.
- Fluent English in both written and spoken; other languages is a plus.
- Deep understanding of operation management, including metrics improvement, efficiency enhancement etc.
- Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and quick learning skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Office Applications
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume and culturally diverse environment
