[What the role is]
As an Executive (Support) staff, your role is to provide Secretarial support to the Divisional Director and assist in Financial and General Administration.

[What you will be working on]
- Facilitate payment to external parties
- Raise adjustment journals
- Monitor accruals, prepayments and raise reversal entries
- Extraction of monthly reports for processing of payment for Whole of Government services, including Government Cloud services
- Support year-end closing activities
- Any other ad-hoc assignments e.g. liaise with auditors on receipt/payment matters, etc
