Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibility**

As an Operation Executive need responsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all customer. Between, able to carry structural design, planning, layout, and installation. Every week, have to receive and check the merchandise inventory and analyse the business report sends to manager throughout the day. Continuously review and enhance existing store operations and processes to improve business.
- Need liaise with customer, supplier of the products.
- Have furniture carpenter experience.
- Selecting lumber by size and strength to suit each job, sourcing wood to suit the customer’s budget and style.
- Able reading blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
- Know how to measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
- Builds or repairs furniture, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools.
- Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools.
- Keep the surrounding environment clean, take safety measures and raise awareness of what should not happen.
- Inspects products to detect broken or damaged structures.
- Must be able to carry 25KG or above of furniture and equipment.
- Assist in performing other temporary operational duties when needed.
- Independent work, can be done by yourself and can lead a team completed the jobs.
- Able to in pressure and hot environment.
- Need working on weekend, public holiday and overtime.

**Requirement：**
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
- Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
- Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
- Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
