**Role and Responsibilities**
- **Identify and Engage Potential Members**:Utilise various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships, to identify and engage with potential members.
- **Deliver Persuasive Presentations**:Develop and present compelling sales presentations to highlight membership benefits.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**:Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- **Monitor Sales Metrics**:Track and report on membership sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- **Plan and Execute Events**:Organise and manage membership events and activities.
- **Coordinate with Finance**:Collaborate with the Finance department to follow up on membership fee payments.
- **Communicate Effectively**:Prepare and disseminate information to members through various communication channels in a timely manner.
**Qualifications and Skills Requirements**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a membership-based or B2B environment in the tech sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders.
- Strong networking skills and ability to generate leads through various channels.
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Able to work independently and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses high energy levels, an innovative mind-set, and a positive outlook.
