A leading e-commerce retailer in the children’s industry, is expanding and inviting highly motivated, responsible and competent individuals to join our team for the following position:
**Position**: Purchasing Executive

**Location**:West (Bukit Batok)

**Work Hours**: Mon-Fri, 9-6pm

**Responsibilities**
- Update, Prepare and Issue Purchase Orders in timely manner
- Filing all inbound & outbound documents for inventory traceability and audit purpose
- Checking and Processing of invoices for payment
- Analyzing and correcting discrepencies
- Arranging logistics of purchases
- Monitor and expedite delivery schedules
- Analyse and maintain inventory levels
- Handle and follow up on enquiries with suppliers
- Assist Accountant in documentation and monitoring of internal controls

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or equivalent
- Meticulous, high degree of accuracy and attentive to details
- Self motivated, responsible, willing to learn and able to work as a team
- Good with numbers
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Prior experience with purchasing/accounting duties will be a plus
