**Role Overview**:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving the growth of Polytron’s Live3D360 CCTV solutions, combining technical expertise with strong business acumen. This role bridges the gap between customer needs, technical solutions, and sales objectives, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**_
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Live3D360 CCTV across corporate, government, and security sectors.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, tenders, and quotations with accurate technical specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept trials for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, and channel partners.
- **Technical Pre-Sales**_
- Act as the technical expert during customer meetings, bridging client requirements with system capabilities.
- Gather client requirements and translate them into customized Live3D360 CCTV solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, system designs, and integration plans.
- Stay updated with industry standards, competitors, and emerging CCTV/AI technologies.
- **Project & Customer Support**_
- Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of Live3D 360 CCTV systems.
- Provide training and onboarding for clients and partners.
- Offer post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**_
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to provide customer feedback for product improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, opportunities, and market insights.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and product showcases to enhance brand visibility.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or CCTV/security solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, video surveillance, cloud solutions, and AI-based analytics.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and regional business development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
