**Main Role**:
- General Affairs in Office and House for deployed employees
- Handle department's admin work (e.g. meeting arrangement, stationery purchase, etc.)
- Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance and inventories
- Scheduling Drive's service
- Supply household items to apartment for deployed employees
- Managing meal delivery for deployed employees
- Deal with agents for renting apartments, office, office stationeries (computer, printer etc)
- Document control (Checking mailbox)
- Prepare official outgoing letter
- Managing document server (General IT support)
- Co-ordinating company events
