**Tasks**:

- Strategic Product Ownership: Assume end-to-end responsibility for Mobility Products, ensuring alignment with Porsche's strategic objectives and operational excellence
- Profitability & Business Case Management: Develop and monitor business cases for each mobility initiative, ensuring consistent profitability, and alignment with financial targets
- Regulatory & Compliance Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to navigate the Mobility Business through intricate regulatory landscapes, pre-emptively addressing legal implications and ensuring compliance
- Operational & Fleet Management: Oversee daily operations with a focus on impeccable fleet health, proactive maintenance, efficient resource allocation, remarketing strategy, and comprehensive vehicle lifetime management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Relations: Engage with senior management, cross-functional teams, and PFS group mobility strategy team at headquarters. Simultaneously, nurture strong customer relationships and uphold Porsche's legacy of exceptional client service
- Digital Excellence & User Experience: Serve as a key contributor in optimizing digital platforms, emphasizing an unparalleled user journey, and facilitating ongoing improvements.
- Market Analysis & Business Opportunities: Lead research efforts and assessment within the Mobility Sector, identifying and harnessing business opportunities to maintain Porsche's competitive edge in Singapore
- Transition & Integration: Lead the transformation of Mobility Pilots into commercially viable regular products, emphasizing long-term scalability and integration

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Management, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Mobility trends, a sturdy background in Product Management, and prior experience in pioneering new Business Models
- Unwavering commitment to customer excellence, paired with an astute awareness of luxury and premium brand dynamics, particularly emphasizing Porsche's distinctive market positioning
- Collaborative, independent, and proactive, marked by stress resilience and a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS-Office, Web
- and Mobile Applications, underscored by a strong IT-System affinity and analytical acumen
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Mobility and Car Rental, ideally within the Financial Services sector, combined with a robust affinity for the Automobile Industry
