Job Title: Mobile Device Repair Specialist

As a skilled Mobile Device Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, replacing hardware components such as screens and batteries, troubleshooting software issues, and advising customers on repair processes and timelines. Your key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records of repairs, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot: Perform diagnostic tests to identify hardware and software issues on various mobile phone models.
  • Perform repairs: Execute repairs such as screen and battery replacements, and other hardware component swaps.
  • Software support: Troubleshoot software issues, perform system resets, data backups, and OS installations.
  • Provide customer service: Advise customers on repair options, repair process, service timelines, and maintain a high standard of service.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs, service history, and inventory to support operational efficiency.
  • Maintain workspace: Keep a clean, organized, and functional repair workstation.
