This is a Regional Sales Manager role, supporting Director Sales & Marketing to implement the sales plan and achieve sales targets. This role will develop customer relations, opportunities, and sales success of products and services with assigned accounts in the region. With a drive for results and customer focus, the sales director will strive to meet the company’s customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Our Regional Sales Managers are company ambassadors with a passion to succeed in our fast-paced industry. These key individuals are responsible for strategic sales growth and account management in their assigned region.

In this position, you will be part of the Marketing & Sales department, which is responsible for all sales and marketing activities of Fokker Services Group (FSG).

**The successful applicant should**:
Minimally be in possession of a bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English, while other languages such as Mandarin are a plus.
Have proven aerospace industry experience and an existing network of customers in region.
Have 5+ years of relevant experience in technical sales and strong understanding of Aerospace products and services such as Airframe and Component MRO
Have an entrepreneurial drive, possess a strong commercial attitude and acumen.
Be an energetic personality, having the ability to energize others.
Be able to juggle a variety of complicated tasks in an effective manner, and be comfortable working independently with remote support;
Possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in written correspondence with all levels within the customer and FSG;
Be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches;
Have excellent analytic and negotiation skills;
Be highly organized, highly motivated individual that has excellent project and task management skills;
- Be aware of the cultural differences between the different customers in the region.Your key responsibilities

**In this position, your main responsibilities and duties are**:

- Responsible for meeting the revenue targets within the region.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow FSG’s business and market share.
- Identify opportunities, leading negotiations and ultimately close the business.
- Focus on the development of customer relationships for assigned region /customers
- Monitor, Manage and Increase customer satisfaction.
- Credit management in cooperation with credit control department.
- Regular travel to existing and prospective customers in the region.
