- Follow workflow SOP to working with Headquarter
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
- Generate, edit and translate document & report by instruction
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
- Operating copy equipment, fax machine, printers or other necessary equipment
- Take meeting minutes and disseminate to teams for execution
- Other ad hoc duties/ projects assigned by upper management
Requirements:
- At least A-level/ Diploma and above or equivalent
- Compulsory to have strong knowledge in Microsoft office, Word/ Excel/ PPT
- Strong coordination skills and ability to communicate and articulate to get things done
- Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude follow up skills
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work in fast paced environment
- Good communication and written skills
