**Roles & Responsibilities**
5 days work week
**Responsibilities**:
- General office duties and functions include answering phone calls
- Provides day-to-day administrative support to supervisory and managerial staff
- Manages data entry and collates data in required manner accurately
- Ensure accuracy of record keeping and filing
- Processing of HDB Permit and liaises with Sales Team
- Performs invoicing and liaises with vendors and suppliers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma/ Degree with least 1-2 years or more of relevant experience in administrative work
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Highly organized and strong work ethic
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
- Remuneration will be given based on experience or/and technical skills.
