**Responsibilities**:
Handle quotation, renewal, endorsements and other general administrative duties and/or projects as assigned.
Support team on renewal review activities such as generating monthly listing, input of renewal terms.
Support team on underwriting matters.
Attend to phone calls, dispatching of documents, arranging courier, collection and distribution of department mail.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
Min 'O' Level
Minimum 1 year of working experience in General Insurance industry.
MS office skills such as excel is a need as this position needs to generate and filter reports.
**Required language(s)**: English, Mandarin (Able to handle queries from English and Mandarin spoken associates
Primary/N/O Levels or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year(s) experience needed for this position
