**AVP (EMBODIED AI & PORT AUTOMATION) / AVP (GROUP TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT & INNOVATION)**

- Wharf & Vessel Side Mechanisation/Automation
- Embodied AI/Robotics strategy & execution including digital twin & simulations as well as AI orchestration across aPM, aQC and automated wharf coning/deconing for optimal operational performance.
- PSA SG/PSAM Technology Roadmap & RIE Partnership (MOT, MPA, SMI, S&TPPO, A*Star, IHLs) to optimise SG Gov, PSA SG and PSA Grp capabilities & resources for R&D and solutions implementation.
- Deployment & proliferation of selected Tech Projects (from PSA SG across PSA BUs)
- Subject Matter Expert in Embodied AI, port technology - AI Council and AI Transformation Team
- Global IP Management and Translation for scalable solutions across PSA global portfolio
- Global Innovation Programme/ KHPIA Lead under PSA Ventures
- Technology & Start-up scanning for PSA Ventures investments

**Requirements**:

- A Degree/ Masters in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant to embodied AI is preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience in technology development and in embodied AI related domains and at least 10 years in a leadership position in technology transformation/implementation projects.
- Demonstrates a keen sense of business acumen with strong analytical and visionary thinking skills.
- Resourceful with a self-starter mindset; strong ability to develop and execute ideas and initiatives.
- Ability to align innovation initiatives with business goals and have knowledge on venture capital models and co-development partnerships.
- Ability to assess technological fit and innovation potential.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Experience in leading and collaborating with multi-agencies teams.
