We are looking for an experienced Production and Operations Manager to oversee and manage the set production and technical requirements for luxury and lifestyle events, pop-ups, and exhibitions.

You will manage the production requirements for our projects, paying attention to production quality, time and budget constraints, and will get exposure to projects with international luxury and premium lifestyle brands.

**SCOPE OF WORK**
- Be part of the production and operations team in planning and coordinating events and exhibitions in Singapore and regional countries
- Manage overall production and operations timelines and quality
- Oversee vendors & logistic agencies to ensure deliverables are met
- Cost negotiation and managing suppliers’ relationships
- Project operations planning and administration which include pre-event preparation, onsite execution and post-event closing
- Internal liaisons and communication with our projects and design divisions
- Production management from fabrication to on-site setup supervision and management for events and exhibitions
- Supervision and management of dismantling phase of projects
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems during set up and event day
- Co-ordinating risk assessments, safety regulations and process management documentation

**CRITERIA**
- Between 3 - 5 years experience of set build production and operations management for premium lifestyle events & exhibitions
- Relevant experience and knowledge in set construction and electrical requirements for events and exhibitions
- Strong supplier management and quality control to ensure suppliers deliver high quality finishing
- Effective negotiation skills for costs with external vendors and contractors
- Able to produce timeline and production schedules
- Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Understand AutoCAD layout and technical production plans
- Organised and detailed work approach
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts), &
- Possess a positive attitude and in good health.
